LOCATION
Live in the heart of Tel Aviv
DUO® Tel Aviv is nestled at the very heart of the metropolis, in Tel Aviv’s most central and coveted location. This makes the towers the perfect starting point when setting out to visit any of the city’s most fascinating sites and popular leisure destinations: the beach and Tel Aviv Port, Yarkon Park, Rothschild Boulevard, Dizengoff Street, Sarona Complex, Habima Theater, Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Tel Aviv Cinematheque, Cameri Theater, the Israeli Opera, and Azrieli Center.
DUO® Tel Aviv will blend harmoniously with the urban fabric of the city center neighborhoods, close to the Basel Complex, Milano Square, Kikar HaMedina, and the neighborhoods that border Yarkon Park.
This outstanding location will also enable residents to enjoy convenient access to major thoroughfares, such as the Ayalon Highway and Namir Road, as well as the central train station and the light rail network extending throughout the Tel Aviv Metropolitan Area.
Transport Accessibility
DUO® Tel Aviv is found right at the center of any transportation map for the Tel Aviv region, where Arlozorov Street meets Ibn Gvirol Street, above the tranquil Ben Saruk side street. While the DUO® Tel Aviv complex is ideally situated in terms of today’s transport hubs, it will be a true landmark in the Tel Aviv Metropolitan Area of tomorrow, as the two light rail lines most emblematic of 21st century Tel Aviv are planned to pass close by:
The Green Line
This underground line will pass through Ibn Gvirol St., crossing the Tel Aviv Metropolitan Area from north to south, from Herzliya to the outskirts of Rishon LeZion. It will also grant easy access to Herzliya Pituach, Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv University, the neighborhoods of South Tel Aviv, Holon, and Rishon LeZion.
The Purple Line
This light rail line starts at Arlozorov Street and heads to the west of the city, by the sea, before passing through South Tel Aviv and connecting the city to its eastern neighbors: Ramat Gan, Givatayim, KIryat Ono, Bar-Ilan University, Sheba Medical Center at Tel HaShomer, and Givat Shmuel.
